Is it right for me?

Will the MCSA Server 2012 help my get a job coming out of High School? Is this common for a High Schooler to have? I am looking at scholarships by companies that will pay for college and I will work for them x amount of years. Will this cert make me standout more? Servers interest me, and I would like to tackle a harder cert that isn't from Comptia. If Server 2012 won't help much, what is another certification that will help me stand out.

CompTIA's do help with that but going through the Windows client exam(s) should be your priority IMO. Nobody is going to hand you their servers and say "fix that" when you are so young. You have to prove you are a safe pair of hands to employers and work your way up to that.
There is no point getting too far ahead of yourself either, do the Windows client exams (Win 7 or Win 8.1) and then MCSA 2012 and make basecamp for real-world job experience. Be that an internship or part-time/full-time IT job. Then play it by ear - see how it goes.
Have you thought about WGU? College education is important these days, it might help with working on fundamentals too? There are alot of people enrolled in WGU here, you could find out more about it from them.
