A+ 80x vs 70x

Hello!

I am about to begin preparing to write the A+ certification exam, and I was just wondering what the difference is between the 80x exams and the 70x exams, and which would be a better option to take?

As far as career plans are concerned, I want to go into networking, and further down the road, security. I will be taking the Network+ as well as Security+ exams soon as well.

If I am not mistaken, the 700 series has been retired. So your best bet would be to study the 800 series of tests.

The only option is the 800 series. The 700 series exams have been officially retired and are no longer offered. If you're choosing study material, make sure it is for the 800 series exams!
