That's a very general question. Have you tried to google how to subnet?

There's a lot of how-tos out there, but if those don't help too much try to just answer some subnetting questions and see how you do. A lot of people learn best by doing.

Have you tried youtube? I've come across many step by step subnetting tutorials that work.

If you need a good reference, get this "whitepaper" (it isn't a real whitepaper in my opinion but it is a good free reference). *Just word to the wise, don't put your real phone number or email in if you don't want to get spammed or phone harassed up the wazoo. Use 10 minute mail!
