I think you are trying to head in too many directions at once... I would suggest you focus in on one topic at a time. Either pursue Linux or CCNA, but not both at once.
Since you are absolutely new to Linux - I would recommend you pursue the Comptia Linux+ certification first, before trying your hand at the Red Hat Certifications which tend to be a lot harder in scope.
Sure, from a monetary standpoint - knowing both Linux and Networking could be a plus. Like I said though, try to focus on one topic first. The CCNA is also going to require a serious commitment to achieve as well.
Most Linux distributions have commands in common. Red Hat makes RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Fedora (community edition). CentOS is similar to RHEL, but does not require a maintenance agreement.
Ubuntu is a debian based version of Linux.
You'll learn some of these things while studying for the Linux+ exams.
The CCNA is a great networking certification which I am going after right now... So, if you like networking - it's a great certification to have.
I wish you good luck in your studies!

I would definitely put your focus and energy into one area at a time so can better understand the knowledge.
