Phantom vTap vs. GigaVUE-VM

Folks,

I've been tasked with providing visibility into our virtual infrastructure by virtually tapping into VMware with the capabilities of capturing full packet east/west traffic. Currently, we are tapping physical servers only and being that we are approximately 75% virtualized (VMware), there are a lot of black boxes.

Two of the solutions I have been reviewing are Ixia's (Net Optics) Phantom vTap and Gigamon's GigaVUE-VM. Does anyone have any experience with these products or any other products that offer virtual tapping?
