I am planning on attending WGU for either the Masters in ITM (Info Tech Mngmt) or MBA. Having said this I am worried that attending WGU might hurt my chances at eventually obtaining my Doctorate from a traditional school. Does anyone have any input or experience on the subject, or have any insight as to how a masters from WGU looks to transfer to higher education (Doctorate) institutes.

You will graduate with a 3.0 GPA. My advice is check with a few schools that you are interested in and see if they have any issues with WGU transfers.WGU Progress: Master of Science - Information Technology Management (Start Date: February 1, 2015)

I was tossing the idea of attending Capital College for Masters in Information Assurance and then moving on to Doctor of Science in Information Assurance. I was unsure whether Capital would accept WGU's Masters in Information Security & Assurance as a graduate degree towards their doctorate. So if I do go to Capital for an MSIA, I would consider WGU's MBA in IT or NCU's MBA in Computer & Information Security.Goals for 2016: [] VCP 5.5: ICM (recertifying) , [ ] VMware VCA-NV, [ ] 640-911 DCICN, [ ] 640-916 DCICT, [ ] CCNA: Data Center, [ ] CISSP (Associate), [ ] 300-101 ROUTE, [ ] 300-115 SWITCH, [ ] 300-135 TSHOOT, [ ] CCNP: Route & Switch, [ ] CEHv8, [ ] LX0-103, [ ] LX0-104
