Hi,
When CISCO site mention for any exam like (Prerequisites Valid Cisco CCNA XXXX certification or any Cisco CCIE certification can act as a prerequisite.), my question is did CISCO mean write CCIE or should have CCIE number as prerequisite.

Yes. You must have your CCIE certification.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

You must have passed the lab to be able to use the "any Cisco CCIE certification" rerequisite. Not just passing a written exam.
