Need advice
Since my work requires, is it OK to go for BCMSN before doing BSCI?
The book I have got for BCMSN is “CCNP 3: Multilayer Switching Companion Guide (Cisco Networking Academy Program).” Will this be enough to clear the exam if I could understand the chapters.
I have a Boson NetSim which I used for CCNA. Will this be enough or will I have to go for a CCNP sim?

Sure, you can do BCMSN before BSCI.
I don't know if that book is enough, but it should cover most of it.
The CCNA Netsim is not advanced enough for the BCMSN exam, and their CCNP sim is still in beta and doesn't include the required functionality for BCMSN yet.
