Not sure what you are asking. Is there a certain course you have in mind?

There is no set time it will take to get the CCIE, it will be different for everyone depending on their background, many 10 year plus veterans estimate 2,000+ hours need to be invested to attain CCIE, if you aren't already in a senior network role with a solid background I might set my sights lower, there is a ton of information on CCIE on this forum look around a little and maybe refine your questions.
