Strangest vSphere c# client console issue

Moved one of my lab servers from the office home. Each VM I open up on the console (standalone) has an "off" mouse pointer.

You click somewhere, and it clicks an inch to the right .. nothing helped so far, reboot, reinstall vmware tools etc., but the strange thing ? New VMs don't have the issue .. the only change since moving is the public IP of my virtual router ..

ANyone seen this before ?
