Can somebody explain to me the difference between MCP and MCSA
RedGaiter
I was told to get my MCP before MCSA, but what is the big difference between them? Do you obtain your MCP by getting MCSA?

The MCP is awarded for passing a single MS certification test, whereas the MCSA is only awarded after passing a series of certification tests.
So when you receive your MCSA, you have multiple MCP's.

^ exactly. MCP = passing any one exam. MCSA is obtained after passing two or three exams depending on which
path
you choose.
Whoever told you to get an MCP first has no idea what they were saying, as you'll get it automatically. It's not like there's another option.

Thanks for clearing that up, guys! I'll begin studying for MCSA to advance my career!

This may sound dumb !! but i have to ask it anyway ..
Just going to order my wallet card, after i earned my MCSE-2012, so which is better ?
1- MCP on the front / MCSA1"2003", MCSE"2012", MCTS on the rear ?
2- MCSE on the front / MCPs, MCTS on the rear ?
the reason i'm asking this is:
A- thinkin' of it in a collective way
B- have the chance to put some years on the card "certified since" to make-up being too lazy to catch up exams early .
Any advice fellows .. ? thanks
