So I'm curious, what do you all think what would come under the intermediate skills for Active Directory and Microsoft Server? I've seen this on a few job postings but I couldn't really find anything online.

Intermediate to me is--- Understand all roles + features
- Be able to support + use all tools/utilities/CLI
- Starting to dig into design + planning
- Understand the impact of changes, both in LAN and WAN settings
