Working on base vs Off Base?

There is not much different working on base or off base? I assume you are referring to Military base? Forgive me, if I am wrong.

On Base.
Pro
- Free gym access
- Restrict access provide better working environment in term of physical security
- Requires lot of training
- Most of the time gas is cheaper
- Food is cheaper too

Con
- Access restrict
- Easily getting speeding ticket
- Too many on bas traffic violations can result no privilege driving on base (park your vehicle at the gate) and walk to work.
- Suck to be contractor (Military personnel --> Civilian Government Employees ---> Contractor)

Off Base
Pro
- Less stress working environment

Con
- Pay your own gym membership
