Has any one come across this company before?

there software TEKsip supposedly can act as a proxy between Lync and Sip phones, and we have some handsets that we might want to use it for. The same solution from audicode would be about £8000 compared to this $185. No I know a lot of the features are not there and it lacks redundancy. However its a short term solution (6 months during migration) and I was jsut wondering if any one else has come across them or used there products.
