coming up with interview questions

Hello all,
I have been asked to help picking out a new network admin for our company, but need some help coming up with questions. I know some questions to ask in regards our environment, but looking for personality type questions or technical questions. The title is a little misleading since there's not much of a cisco work really needed other than some minor switch setup. This positions is more of a support of servers, computers, end users, and maintaining current environment. Thanks all.
