What shall i do with this book?

i purchased this book at the start of the year: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Windows-Server-Complete-Study-Guide/dp/1118544072/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1405927058&sr=1-1&keywords=server+2012+sybex

Not had a chance to read or study from it until now. Now the R2 book is out, do i ignore this book and buy the R2 book?

I don't really want to ditch this book as it cost me £44.

Still valid. Only a few extra features in R2 but your book should still be valid.
