Need reviews on two books

Good Day,
I am on my way to do the Linux+ exam. I am confused on the books to use. I currently have the Linux+ Guide to certification but I think it follows the old objectives, however the book is really good. You learn a lot from this book with regards to Linux usage and familiarity. I also noticed Linux+ in Depth 2005 by the same authors and I am starting to think that it is the same book but just updated. The reviews on Amazon.com has it as a 50/50, one bad and one good. I like the authors style in the former book so could someone give me a review on these books and with relation to the Linux+ exam objectives. It would be a great help and greatly appreciated. I also have Linux in a nutshell to help me out with the clarification of the commands.
