Applying proxy settings to client pcs - prefered methods

Just interested to hear how you guys apply proxy settings - do you use gpo, gpp, wpad, pac files etc

Any expirences or prefered methods, would love to hear people's feedback.

We have both an inline proxy, and a forward proxy. For the inline proxy, we do nothing since all of the traffic naturally flows through it. For the forward proxy, we use a GPO.
