Path to Network Administrator

Hey guys,
I need some advice for becoming a Network Admin. Right now I have over five years of help desk/desktop support, but limited network admin experience. I have pretty good knowledge of basic networking, but not enough to be a network admin. What steps do I need to take to get a job in this area. Right now I am studying for getting my Network+ certification. What else do I need?

TeKniques Member Posts: 1,262 ■■■■□□□□□□Network+ is good place to start. Certification Magazine just had a great article in it by Ed Tittel about becoming a Network Administrator.
