Hey all,
I'm curious to know if one must (or should) first become a Network Administrator before becoming a VOIP administrator?
I'm referring to after an individual has obtained necessary certs (CCNA R&S/Voice), and is seeking employment, with the end goal of becoming a VOIP engineer.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

With VoIP learn about SIP as well, as the CCNA Voice is only the tip of the iceberg and very Cisco focused. -
