Just passed my A+ Core 
yet my score wasnt as high as id like it to be 
does this matter (does it show up on any certificates you get) or is it just as simple as ive heard and you either pass or fail.

Just pass or fail. That is all that CompTIA publishes. The score is immediately a thing of the past.
