CPE Question

I read the official guidance, but still can't figure this out. I took the Red Hat System Admin II class recently and want to submit CPEs. I figure it's 16 Group A and 20 Group B. For the Group A's, can you submit all 16 at one time for "multiple domains" or do you have to list out each hour for Access Control, Telecomm, etc.?
