ARP requests

Hi,

I see a lot of ARP who is requests going to and from VMware.

So from a Vmware mac to a unicast mac of from a random MAC addess to a specific vmware MAC (virtual mac of the vmware guests)

Can any one shed any light on this, arn't ARP's normally to broadcast, but 90% of the ones I see are directed?
