Just need some advice with regards to making wise career decisions that impacts the future of my career.
I received my first ever job offer opportunity on Linkedin just yesterday, but I am already employed (learner-ship) for 1 year and 5 months now and I have no serious complaints with my current job plus I still I have a lot to learn and still have to earn more certs.
My boss gave me this opportunity himself.
Fact of the matter here is, I am not sure if, I decline the job the company will blacklist me or not consider me as a good candidate if I apply for a job at their company in a future stage.
How will declining the job offer impact on the HR that offered me the job in a future stage, what is the correct procedure when you come across this type of issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The bigger question is whether the offered job is an upgrade from your current job or not? There will always be more to learn and more certs to get, it doesn't mean you have to stay in the same job forever for them though.
Edit: I just saw your post above about a learner-ship. I'm really not familiar with how those work there. Did they just offer you a 3 year position, or is 3 years a common thing out there that everyone expects you to do? -

Its an apprenticeship, basically it's a contract where you have an agreement with the company to learn on how to do a certain job and they teach you on the job, along the way you gain experience and you will be doing some courses so that you can get qualified, at the end of the contract if the company has a vacant available they will ask you if you want to work full time with them or do you want take your qualifications els where to look for another company to work for."It's better to try and fail than to fail to try."
