Problems getting to Microsoft certification website

Anybody else having problems pulling up Microsoft's certification website? From Google, Bing or withing the Microsoft website, I keep getting this error trying to get to the MCSA Server information. Wondering if it's just me or if they have some messed up links.

Odd stuff, this link works in IE but not Chrome for me:

It never occurred to me to try in another browser (using FF). I tried a private window and it worked. Thought it had something to do with the Microsoft account I was logged on as. Logged out, back in, and everything works. Give that a shot.

I might be replying late but it's working fine for me on IE, Firefox, Chrome & Opera.
