70-413 How do you prepare for Cloud questions?

Finished the MCSA and really wanted to complete the MCSE. The objectives for the 70-413 are concerning me since they contain a lot of cloud and System Center products that we don't use in our environment. How does one prepare for these kind of topics? You can't really make a home lab for DirSync or Azure.
•plan for deploying servers to public and private cloud by using AppController
•Plan for deploying servers to Microsoft Azure infrastructure as a service (IaaS);
•integrate IPAM with Virtual Machine Manager (VMM)
•Design considerations including ... Microsoft Azure Active Directory and DirSync
My VMWare experience helped on the MCSA, but there seems to be a heavier emphasis on SCVVM is these objectives.
I also don't see a lot of discussion on the 70-413/414 tests here. I am guessing others have my apprehensions.
