Fastest Way to Learn bash?
DoubleNNs
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get started w/ bash scripting? I'm starting study for my Linux+ now, but for work I want to skip ahead a bit into the foundations of bash scripting.
Any books that take you from nothing to beginner, or even intermediate would be appreciated. Or even any online recommendations - possibly something like CodeAcademy for bash.
Also, if you recommend against skipping towards scripting before getting thru all the preceding Linux fundamentals, I'm open to hearing why you'd suggest that as well.
Thanks in advance.
