Hi, I was wondering if you change the name of a computer on the actual computer, will activate directory still list the old computer name along with the new name it was changed to?

No active directory will just show the new computer name. The old computer name (host record) could possible still exist in DNS but DNS scavenging would probably clear that out if that was setup.
