Freakin Huge Gigantic Problem

Hi guys, I am having a problem with my Computer, I am just using it, then, KABOOM, it hangs, then all of my software, 50% of them , uninstalled automatically, even the default software that Microsoft installed for installation, almost everything, I need to re install everything again to make it work, What the hell happened? Please help, this problem makes me so sick
