just wondering how in depth your programming knowledge needs to be for the exam and then looking ahead for employment in this field

I'll be taking this test by the end of the year so can't speak authoritatively about it but based on what I've seen here I would say there's next to to zero programming involved. -

There is some programming knowledge necessary to fully understand the official CEH material, but little for the exam itself. It could be useful to be able to recognise HTML, JavaScript, C, and Linux shell scripting. -

Hey guys thanks for the pointers it all helps I don't want to bog myself down to much right now just want to get a solid understanding get the exam done and then build from that
