Server 2012 AD synced with Azure AD?

Afternoon,

I have been watching one of the CBT nuggets by James Conrad that explains how Server 2012 AD syncs with a AD created in Azure. I kind of got lost some way through the video. IMO the video is slightly rushed and not in depth. I understand bits of the video but not all.

Is there a site/link someone can post that explains this process much better than James does? with more detail.

Does Azure play a big part in 70-410 ?

You have to cover all the topics when going into the exam but I don't think there's too much emphasis on Azure for this exam, have you watched the vids on here:
