older book

I just picked up a book from amazon.com to help me study for the Net+, I got the ExamCram series book, but the only one I could find was for N10-002. Now I know the test is now N10-003 now but will I still gain some things from this book or was it a waste (I can't really imagine that the whole concept of networking have been revamped since 2001, but...). Thanks
