Is it really necessary to memorize each processor's specs, number of pins, if its pga or slot, etc..?

None that asked "How many pins, etc." but an EXAMPLE (not real) question:
Slot 7 can hold which processors (choose 2). There was only two I think. I'd focus on connectors, some networking, and memory. Your on line experience may vary......

I think the objectives for the exam state that you need to know what CPU's fit into what socket/slots, And their Speed (In Mhz) ranges.

Maybe we'll test you tomorrow :P

Hopefully, they will stay with you. If you will be working with hardware in your chosen career path, you will find it beneifical to know that information.

    'i' before 'e' except after 'c'.... weird?
