Can anyone recommend easy to digest Database Admin training?
So while I'm in limbo with the VCP exam waiting for spring training I want to take the opportunity to travel off the beaten path and study up on some random non-cert topics like ASA configuration, Wireshark, and I am thinking DB's.
I'm not looking to really go down the path of being a DB Admin or anything, but looking for material to just familiarize myself with basic database stuff, as I have absolutely zero experience or knowledge on DB's. I don't know which ones are available, how they sit on or interact with a network, absolutely nothing.
Any suggestions on good general DB training materials, or suggestions on maybe best types of DB to learn, etc?
