How do I start with certification in Database

in General Certification
I have been working with MSSQL, MySQL and oracle DB for close two two years now
though I do not have certification in either of the three languages.

I need advice on which exam to start with if I want to go on MS track and
can I write at least one exam b4 the end of the year?
