9L0-415: Taking exam online?

It seems that all the exams can be purchased online, but can they be taken online without actually being at an AATC or do you HAVE to take the test at an AATC?

I believe with the ACSP exams such as 9L0-415, you can purchase these online, but they have to be taken at an AATC. If you take a look on Apple's training site, it says they're only available at AATC's.
With the other IT and Pro App certifications that you can take online, there is a private access code used to take the exam from home and there isn't one there for the ACSP exams.
