Sr storage/systems guy here and I get offers here in Chicago (and elsewhere) every week.

That being said, none of them match up to what I currently have, so I'm not pursuing any of them.

I'm not surprised on lack of Power users, RHEL. Last time I touched Aix/P5 servers was in 2006 in OKC, and that was for a legacy Jbase based application (and another division in same company just ran it on a commodity x86 server)
