Hello!
Since I'm entering the world of MCSA certification, i would like to ask few questions.
Since my native language is croatian and i live in Brazil, is it possible that I'll need to score less points to get the certification?
I will do exams in english. Also, is it possible to start with 74-409 or I need to follow the sequence 70-410, 70-411, 74-409 ?
Thanks!

It's the same score - 700 to pass, just extra time to complete the exam... You can do 70-410, 70-411 or 74-409 in any order you wish but you would need all 3 for MCSA:2012.
