Best RE Malware Course

I am looking for a good Reverse Engineering Malware course for beginners. Not just an overview course but one that gives a solid foundation and gives you the basic skills to RE malware. I prefer a course that is GI bill approved and would prefer a certification course. I looked at CHFI but the ROI seems non existent for this.
