Hi All,
I was just wondering for adding this certification to my resume the details I would include.
Is: ITIL 2011 Foundation enough to allow people to know or it is better to include an exam code?

Strangely, there's no standard way of putting your certification on your CV. You can put ITIL Foundation certified and add 2011 syllabus if you wish to demonstrate you have the most up to date qualification.
The exam codes are only relevant to the different exam boards that sell the exam, so you don't need to put the code.
Your details should also be added to the ITIL successful candidate register so you could point potential employers towards that, but it can be very slow to update.
