Error 205 - User Profile Absent

Hi All,
One of our users have extension mobility set up - he's just gone to log onto another device and it's erroring [205] - User profile absent??
I've checked and he has a end user profile with mobility enabled, under directory number he has a dn set up, and the the device/profile have been subscribed to the extension mobility service.
It's doesn't seem to be a device issue as I've just tried to log into my phone using his profile and the login has failed again.
We're currently on CUCM v 6.1

You will need a User Device Profile
Device->Device Settings->Device Profile
Make sure you allow subscribe this profile to the extension mobility service
