Solaris or AIX training videos? Beginner Guides?

Anyone have any AIX or Solaris videos that they'd recommend? Something along the lines of CBT Nuggets?
Or if not, any recommendations on primers for beginners?
I've had some (altho extremely limited) exposure to Linux, AIX, & Solaris. Just want some foundational study material so I can better understand the differences between the OSes.

I think it would be easier/more beneficial to first master Linux then learn the differences as they are found in Solaris.

I used the Solaris 10 version of this and was quite satisfied. It wasn't the only thing I used though to get certified. I actually attended class as well, but these were good videos, though sort of dry, but I guess any technical subject can be.
