Home full-disk encryption options (Windows)?

Now that TrueCrypt is out the window, and if your mobo doesn't have a TPM chip (for BitLocker), what are y'all using for FDE on home machines?

I'm looking at DiskCryptor but would like to see what others are using in a home/consumer environment

You can still use BitLocker without a TPM. Just need a thumbdrive.

That's true but I'm looking at this option for a family member and am trying to minimize the pieces to the puzzle (including not losing a USB stick).
