real world VACL question help guys

okay I have this switch on our production, it has a vlan access-map tied to a giant match ACL statement. but I cannot find the global VLAN FILTER statement to apply it to a vlan. So will it work with no VLAN filter statement to tie to a vlan or is there some other way to tie this to the vlan ??confused.
