CCNP: Port-Based Authentication (802.1x) lab?
Hi Everybody,
I hope you are having a nice day. I am attempting to lab 802.1x at home. I have successfully set up FreeRadius on an Ubuntu server (which was a great crash course in installing and setting up Ubuntu and FreeRadius). But now, in regards to setting up 802.1x, the Cisco book (by Hucaby) only includes the cisco side of the installation, nothing for the end user, and nothing for the FreeRadius side. I searched on the internet and much of the tutorials I find are overkill or going in a different direction.
I am going in the right direction? Can anyone recommend a way to lab 802.1x?
Thanks!
