What I want to do is connect a bunch of these routers and have all frames being sent to all other routers. Conceptually, like a hub or trunk links with all vlans. I've gathered that this is called "promiscuous mode", but I could be wrong.

Currently my routers' interfaces are getting the MAC addresses that I generated in the GUI, and they are connected to the same "vmnet", but they can't communicate. I've tried to hard code the MAC for the other IPs which lets me send packets, but they get dropped somewhere. How do I even troubleshoot this when I have zero visibility into the "vswitch"?

host OS is windows 7 if that matters.

I'm getting some error messages in the router so it may be premature to say that it's a Workstation issue.
