NAT - Outside Local/Outside Global??

I'm just trying to get my head round the outside local and outside global stuff - is this the address of the router that the inside global interface connects to, or perhaps a DNS server or something?
I understand the inside local and inside global address concept, these are pretty obvious and make sense to me but the outside addresses are really confusing - can one of you guys just clarify exactly what these are?
Cheers

Your routers internal interface is inside local, external facing interface is inside global. The other end so let's say Joe's router...interface closest to you or his external facing is the outside global and his private or internal facing is outside local. Basically it refers to your destination. -

Cheers TechGuru80 - that's made things a bit clearer for me. So aside from understanding what the outside local & outside gloabal interfaces are, I don't really need to know anything more about them at this stage? -
