Average time per exam?

Hello all...
In my path to be very versatile, I have decided to go after my MCSA then MCSE for Server 2012. I know for Cisco it was taking me about 3 months per exam but I wanted to know what people are generally needing for prep for MS.
I have a little background in 2003 and 2008, and have R2 in the mail because I am planning on expanding my home lab and eventually setup replication and clustering. Any study material advice? I have CBT Nuggets already and a few books in the mail.
