New to IT: What are some good areas/fields to look into?

I'm actually in school right now for Healthcare Administration(a degree I started before my IT course). So I may eventually go into Health IT but later on to put the degree to use.
I am working as a Service Desk Tech, an entry level position doing remote support for end users. I'm just starting my A+ cert for this job(required). My company will pay for any certifications I want so this is a great opportunity to learn and get certified.
I just don't know where in IT I want to go so I figured this would be a place to start. I know of a few areas such as networking(I know someone doing this, who just got his CCNA), programming, database admin...etc. I know I don't care much for the call center help desk environment. Any help would be appreciated. I'd like to go into something with a future or a rising field I suppose.
