I would like to know what VCE files are and why so many people on this forum condemn it?

A VCE file is a Visual CertExam Suite test or exam, and is used for creating tests for IT certification. It contains a list of questions and answer possibilities that can be compiled into a certification exam.

That being said, I would tread lightly...
